After the theoretical mastery of Modules 1, 2, 3 (all requirements, specifications and factors affecting technical cleanliness) you will perform a practical audit according to the requirements of the technical cleanliness standard (VDA 19.2 question catalogue). You will plan, audit and learn how to write a proper audit report.

Content:

  • Technical cleanliness (TC) requirements, specifications, TC standards
  • 5S according to TC specifications, FMEA (risk analysis of TC)
  • Factors affecting TC, surrounding environment, logistics, personnel, installation equipment
  • Monitoring and measurement of TC, cleanliness analysis, audit question catalogue
  • Practical implementation of the audit in a “selected” company (audit + report)

  • 1. Den: Seznámení s kapitoly normy ISO 9001
  • 2. Den: Auditování, termíny, definice, auditní zpráva
  • 3. Den: Audit systému, procesu, výrobku
  • 4. Den: Praktické provedení auditu ve “vybrané” společnosti (audit + zpráva – coauditor)
  • 5. Den: Praktické provedení auditu ve “vybrané” společnosti (audit + zpráva – auditor)
