We will introduce you to the principles of implementing improvements, which you will implement yourself through a selected project and then present to top management. We will teach you how to take advantage of opportunities to increase efficiency/productivity in the workplace, thinking along the lines of "lean production".

Content:

  • LEAN game, introduction to LEAN theory
  • 7 types of waste, LEAN methods, plant tour, selection, project goals and savings (Action Plan – AP)
  • LEAN methods, Ishikawa, OSH
  • Plant tour, review and revision of AP, identifying project risks, incorporating risks into AP
  • LEAN methods, Kaizen, moderation of improvement meetings
  • Plant tour, review and revision of AP, internal presentation (moderation) of AP, preparation for top management
  • LEAN methods, 5S, QRQC, PDCA, Environment
  • AP presentation to top management, project evaluation

Course plan

  • Day 1 – LEAN game, introduction to LEAN theory
