Quality has been part of Dušan’s world for more than 20 years.

As a trainer and auditor, he has learned how to turn a boring training session into a fun and interactive day.

His goal is to establish AJKA in the training world and successfully implement the projects he has started. He implements LEAN management tools to “enthuse” his family while cleaning.

He applies his management skills as a coach of the SK Žebětín football team.

His driving force is his family and the vision of promotion to the Regional Championship.
