What you will be dealing with

  • Project management in all phases
  • Staffing the implementation team
  • Introducing new software or process solutions
  • Planning, organizing and managing the assigned project
  • Establishing the time and financial plan
  • Managing quality, health and safety controls
  • Early identification of problems and their immediate elimination
  • Management and control of complete documentation
  • Presenting progress, outputs and evaluation to the implementation team, management or customers
