8D Report

8D Report is a method consisting of eight steps. Always taken by an interdisciplinary team, the steps are designed to immediately address the problem posed to the customer by the poor quality of goods, materials or services.

The participants will be shown the 8D method, which serves as a report for documenting and monitoring individual disciplines with regard to the proposed and implemented actions, and also as an action plan.

At least one member of each department should understand the 8D methodology and be part of a multidisciplinary team for addressing non-conformities.
